Bill Dobbie – Non-exec Chairman
Bill is an experienced entrepreneur and director specialising in internet, telecoms and technology businesses. He has led a number of successful private equity funded businesses and recently retired from a 7-year spell at Iomart PLC (IOM) spanning founder to non-exec positions. Bill has been a Director of Demon Internet, Prestel, Teledata, Scottish Telecom (Thus) and several other companies. His early career was with Unisys in the UK and Australia.
Bill has an Honours degree in Pure Mathematics from the University of St.Andrews, and an MBA from the University of Glasgow. |

Max Polyakov – Non-exec Director
Max Polyakov – Founder, 30 year old, rising star of the International Internet software scene and the founder of HitDynamics Ltd, the best in its class WebAnalytics package which is now part of Hitwise Inc.
He is now a non Executive Director of IDE Group and as the original Maxymiser founder leads product and strategy development.
Max finished medical university and business school in Ukraine. |

Tim Brown, Non-exec Director
Tim is a rare blend of an experienced venture capitalist (3i and Alta Berkeley) and seasoned hi-tech executive. His most recent industry role was as Chief Executive of Touch Clarity. Prior roles include technical design, sales and project management at INMOS, Surface Technology Systems, Leybold and the JET European Nuclear Fusion Program. His VC investments include Cambridge Positioning Systems (CRS plc),Genera Technologies (Idexx Inc), Improveline (Homeserve plc), STNC (Microsoft Inc), Touch Clarity (Omniture Inc), Inside Contactless and Polatis. Tim has a First Class degree in Physics, Manchester University and MBA, Cranfield School of Management. |

Peter Ellen – Managing Director, Services
Peter Ellen started working in the Music industry at the age of 17 as a recording artist and went on to be a producer, club runner, radio presenter, label owner and retailer. Peter has a Post Graduate Degree in Marketing from Napier University which he gained whilst working as a manager in the retail chain Fopp. At Fopp Peter rose from the shop floor to become MD in 1999. By 2005 Peter had led the chain from sales of £4m to £35m when he left the business. He then worked as a consultant and journalist before joining IDE Group in early 2006. Peter is a Fellow of the RSA and holds non-executive positions with Burt Greener Communications and Something Else (the largest independent radio producer in the UK and a top ten producer of TV entertainment). |

Mark Simpson – Managing Director, Technology
Mark has extensive knowledge of the online market having worked in the industry for 9 years in sales, marketing and commercial roles.
Prior to joining Maxymiser Mark was the second person in Travelport's European B2C arm helping to build market presence through buying 4 large European travel players developing the company into one of the leading international online travel companies. Latterly Mark Headed up the Business Development, Search and PPC teams for Travelport, Prior to Travelport, Mark was employed as Senior Business Development Manager at Hitwise and joined just as the company launched in the UK where Mark was a key figure in building the client base, developing the product and introducing it to the market.
Mark's early career was as commercial manager with IMRG, the e-retail organisation which helped the advancement of the online market for on and offline retailers in the developmental stages of the industry.
Mark graduated with BCom Honours degree in Commerce from The University of Birmingham. |

Vladimir Lewykin – Client Services Director
Vladimir Lewykin, 30, is Maxymiser's Client Services Director and is already an Internet veteran having spent the last 12 years working with many clients in over twenty countries. He has extensive experience of team building to deliver complex client requirements. When coupled with his diverse project management talent, Vladimir and his team have an excellent foundation to integrate Maxymiser and its services to any serious Internet based business. |
