Account Manager

An outstanding opportunity exists for a Strategic Account Manager to join a fast growing technology company in an emerging market sector. Maxymiser is the leading provider of Conversion Management and Content Optimization solutions. Our SaaS (Software as a Service) platform provides clients the ability to test and optimize website and online marketing content to deliver strong ROI through measurable improvement in visitor conversion.

Successful applicants will be part of an energetic and motivated team working closely with new and existing Maxymiser clients to establish a conversion management strategy, develop a clear project plan and successfully implement that plan through to contract renewal.

The Role

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships for a portfolio of customers so that growth, retention and overall revenue are increased.
  • Work with clients to develop and execute a strategy for improving website conversion performance using Maxymiser’s solutions.
  • Manage the planning and technical implementation process with the support of our UK and Ukraine based technical teams.
  • Identify and act upon opportunities to Up and Cross sell Maxymiser’s solutions.
  • Train clients to use Maxymiser software and interpret results.
  • Provide clients with reports detailing key findings, project progress and conversion uplift.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement development of Maxymiser’s products and services.

You should have

  • A track record of managing successful customer relationships.
  • A technical understanding of website design and function, principally HTML and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of web usability concepts would be highly beneficial.
  • Business analysis skills preferably in an online marketing discipline.
  • Good time and project management skills.
  • Tenacity and persistent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Competency in PowerPoint, MS word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Tertiary education, ideally in a technology related discipline.

Business Development Manager

Maxymiser is seeking professional salespeople with a history of over-performance in quota attainment.

The successful candidates will possess the following attributes:

  • A background which includes a minimum of 5 years successful sales experience to blue chip companies with a major e-commerce function.
  • A history of exceeding annual sales quotas for last 3+ consecutive years.
  • A network of key contacts in the world of e-commerce.
  • Works with a sense of urgency and has a positive, winning attitude.
  • Proven ability to prospect a named account base to maximise revenue growth.

The Skills

  • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills.
  • Capability to call high in an organization.
  • Understanding and experience of the steps in a complex sales cycle.

  • Formal and demonstrable understanding of Solution/Consultative selling.

Front-end Web Developer

Strong demand for Maxymiser’s multivariate testing, segmentation and behavioral targeting products means we are rapidly expanding in a growing market.

If you have a strong track record in web design with at least two years experience in JavaScript, CSS and (X)HTML we have an exciting opportunity to join our team.

Working closely with the Account Management team you will be responsible for the development and delivery of code for multivariate testing and segmentation campaigns using Maxymiser’s SaaS testing platform.

Dealing directly with client side technical teams you will manage multiple projects for some of the biggest online brands in the UK.

The Skills

  • Educated to a tertiary level – Computer science, IT, design or related fields.
  • Experience working on complex WEB 2.0 projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Cross-browser pure JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of JS frameworks like Prototype.js, Mootools, JQuery.
  • Experience with JavaScript OOP, AJAX, JSON, XML.
  • Excellent knowledge of (X)HTML, W3C standards, CSS, DOM, DOM events.
  • Knowledge of RegExp in JavaScript.
  • PHP/ASP.NET experience allowing you to work with client side CMS templates.

  • Management of client code integration.
  • JavaScript coding to handle complex changes to page content and layout.
  • Troubleshooting HTML/CSS issues and supplying fixes.
  • QA testing for display and functionality across browsers.

Inside Sales Executive

Maxymiser is searching for a driven graduate with experience in a commercial business-to-business environment that enjoys beginning the consultative pitch process at C-level. While this role is office based, the successful candidate needs to have ambitions of becoming a fully fledged Business Development Manager within 18 months.

The Role

  • Arranging C-level meeting for Maxymiser Business Development Managers.
  • High volume of cold calls.
  • Co-ordination of calendars.
  • Knowledge of JS frameworks like Prototype.js, Mootools, JQuery.
  • Powerpoint presentation creation/adaption.
  • Lead generation.
  • Use of Salesforce.com CRM.
  • Weekly reporting.

Reporting to

  • Sales Director

Targets

  • Volume of meetings booked per month.
  • Volume of meetings that result in a sale.
