    We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our office in London. The successful candidate will act as an in-region technical specialist to support the Client Services department through a deep understanding of Maxymiser functionality. Particular focus will be paid to creating tools and processes to generate efficiency gains both in Client Services and Global Technical Services teams and training internal teams on technical aspects of the product. The ideal candidate will provide pre-sales technical support to the commercial Account Director and Sales Directors across a specified region to secure new business and upsells by ensuring that key decision makers and technical owners within our customer, agency and prospect base have a thorough understanding of Maxymiser’s optimization platform and entire product suite.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop communication around the capabilities of our product suite aimed at the following (noting that communication may be different for each):
    o C- Level (CEO, CMO)
    o D-Level (Marketing Director, Ecommerce Director)
    o M-Level (Marketing Manager)
    • Provide consultative insight into the application of Maxymiser’s product suite

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead development of core application components; full software development cycle technical analysis/technical design/implementation/testing/deployment.
    • Leverage communication between developers (guide-by-example);
    • Introduce TDD and Continuous Integration practices extensively.
    • Communicate with Product Team, be able to explain cost and impact on end user of different technical design options
    • Accurate planning of the feature delivery

    Qualifications/Experience:

    •  4+ years of relevant work experience;
    • Soft skills, communication skills – strong;
    • Good English (not perfect, but good enough),
    • C#, .NET, Databases, solid understanding of relational database design;
    • ASP.NET Forms, ASP.NET MVC – mandatory;
    • OOP/OOD design, SOLID principles  – strong
    • TDD, Continuous integration experience;
    • Native Javascript;
    • NHibernate or any other ORM - desirable

    Optional skills/experience:

    • Big data, high-load high performance systems experience.
    • NoSQL experience
    • C++, Java - is a plus
    • Telerik controls , JQueryUI, KendoUI, AngularJS, RequireJS – is a plus
    • Silverlight - is a plus
    • Experience with data mining e.g. OLAP databases is a plus
    • University degree in technical subject – physics, mathematics, computer science or engineering is highly desirable
    • Written technical English
