You will be leading a team of .NET engineers responsible for delivery including architecture, implementation, testing and deployment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead development of core platform components including full software development cycle: technical analysis/technical design/implementation/testing/deployment
- Collaborate with Product Team by validating requirements, and providing estimates
- Come up with pragmatic solutions for challeging technical problems
- Ensure existing architecture based on sound principles and code is easy to read/understand
- Leading by example provide technical leadership and training to other engineers
- Perform hands-on software development tasks, such as prototyping, feature development, bug fixing, unit testing and writing automated functional tests
- Collaborate with other engineering groups on software design, dependencies and code management issues
- Employ XP engineering practices extensively around the team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent understanding and commercial experience of using .NET technology stack (C#, ASP.NET)
- Strong software design and object oriented coding skills
- Deep architectural understanding of web applications including SOA architectures
- Good knowledge in some back end technologies like SQL, Hibernate, Ninject, NSpring, Unity, etc
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with NoSQL solutions like Cassandra and MongoDB
- Experience with MS SQL Server and SQL Server Analysis Services or similar OLAP solutions
- Experience with agile software development methodologies like XP and Scrum
- Keen to learn more about new languages and frameworks

Frontend applications developed by Maxymiser play key role in delivering company’s self-serve strategy.
We are currently looking for a senior frontend software engineer fascinated by user experience design and application information architecture.
Working closely with Product Team (product owners/creative designers) you will provide input into refining user interaction and deliver best in class user experience. You will be leading a team of developers working on company flagship applications such as Visual Campaign Builder, OnPage Console and Mobile Preview Tool.
You will also be responsible for technical design of user interface components and work with backend team on UI integration with core platform services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead development of frontend applications and components including full software development cycle: technical analysis/technical design/implementation/testing/deployment
- Collaborate with Product Team to design new functionality/improve user interface
- Perform hands-on software development tasks, such as prototyping, feature development, bug fixing, unit testing and writing automated functional tests
- Collaborate with other engineering groups on software design, dependencies and code maintainability
- Employ XP engineering practices extensively around the team.
- Promote the use of JavaScript, CSS and Ajax best practices across the engineering groups
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent knowledge and experience of frontend technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS
- Strong software design and object oriented coding skills
- Excellent understanding of cross-browser/cross platform challenges
- Passion for usability, efficiency and performant code
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with jQuery – that’s the library we use
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Backbone.js, Ember.js, etc.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies like XP and Scrum
- Keen to learn more about new languages and frameworks
